Spring is here, and with that comes the sun. Time to enjoy the weather and outside activities that we don’t experience in the colder months. There are actually healthy benefits from getting sun exposure.

  • Improves your mood - Sunshine boosts seratonin (a chemical our bodies produce that aids in keeping us calm and focused).

  • Aids Bones - Due to more outside exposure which leads to more Vitamin D, it will aid your body maintain calcium and prevents weak bones.

Enjoy these benefits of the sun, and don’t forget to wear sunscreen!!! The sun is very beneficial for us, but the Ultraviolet Rays are damaging to the skin which cause certain ailments. It it recommended to wear sunscreen daily.
